Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in medical technology and a deep understanding of AI, LLM (Large Language Models), NLU (Natural Language Understanding), and cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead our technology strategy, oversee the development and implementation of our technological infrastructure, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of innovation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's technology strategy aligned with our business goals and vision.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 20 technologists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Innovation: Drive the adoption and integration of AI, LLM, and NLU technologies into our products and services.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the design, deployment, and management of cloud solutions on Azure and Google Cloud platforms.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch cutting-edge medical technology products.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all technology solutions meet regulatory standards and are secure, scalable, and reliable.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate technology vision and strategy to stakeholders, investors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in the medical technology industry.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI, LLM, NLU, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, and project management skills.
  • Innovation Mindset: Passion for innovation and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI, cloud technologies, or medical technology.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading technology teams and delivering successful products in the medical technology sector.
